OUR HISTORY
Dermott S. Dunleavy first established a practice in 1941 in Mohill, Co. Leitrim. Appointed to the bench in 1963, he served as a District Court Judge until his retirement in 1985. He then established Dermott S. Dunleavy Solicitors in Taghmon to serve the legal needs of the local community. His son Cormac joined the firm in 1993. He is now the principal solicitor in the firm. Cormac is dedicated to providing the personal, clear legal guidance that has been the hallmark of the firm since its foundation. Cormac is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
